    Ground and Standard Shipping (U.S. customers)

    Delivery within 3-7 business days after placing your order ( depending on your delivery address ).

    We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. You can track your package at www.usps.com.

    All orders will be shipped by USPS.

    At its discretion, USPS will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, USPS may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pick up at your local usps office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your local usps office for details.

     

    Priority Mail Shipping (Excluding Weekend)

    Orders must be placed before 3:00 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on a Friday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

     

    P.O. Boxes

    Orders submitted with a P.O. box for shipping address will not be processed. (exceptions may apply for some P.O. box and APO addresses and orders will be shipped via USPS).

     

    SHIPPING (non-U.S. customers)

    For customers outside of the U.S. we ship with USPS Worldwide, shipping rates and options are available at the checkout.

    DUTY AND TAX (non-U.S. customers)

    Please be aware that Duty and Tax may apply for your order according to the country of destination. (DUTY AND TAX ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COST).

    How do I return an item?


    Online Orders:

    To qualify for a return, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them. We offer a 30 day return window for eligible merchandise.

    Customers are responsible for the cost of a return shipping. 

    Original shipping charges will not be credited or refunded when returning items.

    Sale item(s) are not eligible for exchange. All sale items and undergarments are Final.
